Skincare: Silicon Facial Scrubber

October 4, 2015 by Cheryl Marquez Leave a Comment

While shopping for toiletries with Nanabear, I saw these genius facial scrubbers. Most of us have mistakenly scrubbed our faces with harsh apricot shell cleansers thinking it will help clear acne or keep wrinkles at bay. Little did we know how this tore into our skin making things worse. Since I learned this, I’ve been looking for gentler ways to exfoliate.

Lately, I’ve been making a homemade cleanser with baking soda, honey and lime juice (will post the recipe separately). A recent business trip prompted me to look for a travel-friendly cleanser. These silicon facial scrubbers work with your favorite facial cleanser while deep cleaning your skin. Bonus that it’s super portable!

Best of all, they have suction cups on the back to stick it on the mirror so it stays clean when you’re not using it. What do you use to keep the blackheads away?
